count sheep, take lunesta, look at the wall, just thing about all the good things, read a book, drink warm milk, listen to soft music, or exercise
But what ever you do DONT WATCH TV OR GO ON THE COMPUTER (u already are on so get offline) It stimulates your brain so u cant sleep
