some states that is legal and in some it is not. and that's genuine scooter which would be tagged and insured not a pocket rocket or a great pocket rocket or mini bike or something like that that is a DOT authorized scooter. and a great style of those advertising on line can by no capacity be tagged. you're greater suitable off getting it at a community sellers. once you notice a scooter say 50cc for 2 hundred that is junk.

You can get your license legally but it has to be for necessary reasons, like medical or assisted reasons, where you have to drive. its rare but its possible, contact your local omv.
