Death, love, disappointment in life, forgiving people, scrapes and scratches, the *love* you once felt for someone and it went away but was still painful, lost friendships, age/experience....I could go on and on.

What takes time to heal? Hmm the pain of watchin both your parents die within 37 days of each other.... the pain of knowing that they are never going to see your children - their grandchildren. The pain of knowing you can never tell them how much you love them. Yup, that about covers it. Pain takes time to heal.
