so i am 13-not sexually active
gotten my period once and havent gotten for 4 months and when its irregular it only skips 1 or 2 months should i make a gyno visit??

no no no. periods are CRAZY irregular the first few years.

Naw, hun, you're probably okay. If your weight is low that could be part of it, but I know some girls that are irregular just have their period at random intervals. It really shouldn't be a problem since you aren't pregnant (obviously...good for you!) and it's not related to any STD or anything. Your hormones are probably still getting everything figured out.

Your period is insanely irregular for the first year or so
It might get more regular with time
But sometimes it doesn't
So dont' worry hun.
It'll be ok.

If you are just starting out with having your periods it can be common for the period to skip a few times as the body adjusts to the changes going on inside of it. I would recommend talking to your mom about this as well so that she can help you keep an eye on this.

it's normal for period to b irregular in the first few years.. your hormone are changing, and maybe you're stressed causing irregular period.. eat healthy food and exercise regularly.. you can go to the gyno but there's not a need..

i got my period at eleven & didnt get it aging till the following year
