i was actually 15.

i started my period when iwas like 12 too.

for the longets time i couldnt wear tampons beacuse i was afriad they would hurt me or somthin.

once you use them, you wont want it any other way!

I think it was about one year, maybe a little less. I was 13 when I got my period, I guess I was 13 or 14 when I started using tampons. The first few times it was difficult getting it into the correct position where I could feel comfortable. I am now 28 and tampons are all I use!

Uh, I was pretty young when my period started. Now I'm fifteen and I can use tampons, however, I don't use them normally, only sometimes. Pads are easier.
