Vcast is a subscription in addition to your monthly cell phone service. It includes unlimited basic video clips (news, sports, entertainment, weather) content on your cell phone. It also includes unlimited monthly access to the web (mobile internet) and ESPN to manage your sport teams and scores.

The fee for this is $15 per month in addition to your monthly service rate plan for Verizon Wireless.

It depends on what kind of VCast you are referring to. The last person was correct in what they said; however, the basic VCast is now free. This VCast allows you to download music, ringback tones, ringtones, games, and other applications. You pay for what you download. Their are also other VCast services such as Mobile TV, where you do have to pay a monthly charge....
