Hi, I am a young mother of two so i will respond like I am responding to my child. Ask yourself this!

What do you like to do? Do you have great ideas? Do you like kids? Do you like helping people? what inspires you? You can be what ever you want, just choose wisely!

Narrow down your searches and than start looking at salaries. You just want to make sure you enjoy it. because you will be doing this for years to come. Money will come!

Also, do not limit yourself to 200K a year...limits will hurt you :) just say i want to make over 200K a year...:)

Do not be afraid of business because all you have to do is beat your competition. and it is not too hard..

Very few 18 year olds make 6-figure incomes at all, much less 200k+. I think you should re-evaluate your goals and set them to something much more realistic. I'm sure you can make that much, eventually, but it will take time....

And by the way, just because you're making a 5 figure annual salary that does NOT make you a bum. Start small and build -- that's what the rest of us do.

You have to do something you love... regardless of how much money it makes. You won't find many jobs that pay $200,000 a year either way. Maybe you should set your sights on something a little more realistic. Start at $40-50K and move up from there.

I suggest you find a field you're interested in and pursue that regardless of the potential salary. You'll be most successful doing something you enjoy. Money is a very poor motivator.

mana has excellent advise, do what your heart desires and money will be secondary. money seems to be the focus for you and you should learn money does not buy happiness it often buys more problems. good luck to you and if you can spell doctor or psychiatrist correctly i think you will be on the right track.

do not become a spelling teacher for a CARRER and you may have to learn to spell psychiatrist to become one not to be critical, spelling may be a prerequisite to making 200grand per year
