Friends or not?

One of my best friends is Nikki! We've been through so much together, but I'm starting to question our friendship and see if we really were ever friends. Let's start from the beginning.So when I was in 1st grade I met Susie and we became close. Well in 7th grade Susie started dating Rob and he had a daughter my age. We became really good friends. Well Susie had a brother named Mike and Nikki had a huge cruch on him. Over the years Nikki and I grew closer than ever and now we r in the middle of our jr year.Well last year (my sophmore year) Mike started hanging out at my house. When I would talk to Nikki on the phone he would call her a fat *****, whore, ect. He was always putting her down and he made the statement "I don't know why that fat *** ***** likes me I would never date the fat whore." After that I told Mike I hated him because he had no right saying that. Now Nikki is dating him. Well I told her all the stuff he said and she dumped him, but now she is with again. What do I do

I know he is not right for her in any way. I told that, but it seems like my opinion don't matter. I always take her advice into consideration, but it seems like mine don't matter. She is really hurting me. I'm soooo confused because I know she is going to get hurt and I can't stop it. I don't want our friendship to end, but he isn't right for her. And I know age is just a number but she is 17 and he is 22. He is old enough to drink and he does ALOT of that!

Mike seems like the bad one here.
And, it seems that Nikki might have some problems with friends or relationships. Most people do. Nothing to do about it.
I think you should stay friends with Nikki, but make sure that she knows that you do not support their relationship.
