If that's all you can pay each month, you need another job, or at least a job. Utilities alone will cost more than that.

Mount Zion- Egypt? Maybe there you can get something that cheap. No where in the US is anything that cheap. You can't even get a room for that much.

MAYBE a room in a rooming house with a hot plate and a mini frig and a bathroom down the hall and a payphone near the door.

If you are living at home - stay there until you have a realistic notion of how much it costs to live on your own.

You wont qualify for section 8 or housing if he is going to be residing with you. You all might desire to get married or dont tell them that he is going to be staying there. in the event that they approve you for housing you may in all probability pay approximately 200 or much less a month. in case you get section 8 you will get a place thats like $1000 a month and pay like $50 a month lol. despite the fact that it is not trouble-free to get section 8 or housing they normally have particularly long waiting checklist.

Not going to happen. Even low income housing will take 1/3 or more of your income and nobody has income under $200 a month even disabled people get 657 or so.

Sorry, I see no way of renting an apartment, with utilities included, for $25.00 - $50.00 a month. Even someting that is government subsidized.

Sorry.

That's very sad that's all you can afford.Rent like that has long gone, anywhere. You'd have to be a live in housekeeper to have a decent roof over your head.Unless someone in that area can help you out.Try living in "Oil Country"(Alberta,Ca.)where a one bedroom can cost as much as $2000.00/month.Good Luck,I hope you can do it.
