It would feature a young, wandering Jesus who had a different adventure each week. By the end of every episode, Jesus would defeat the baddie, get the chick and have performed some miracle, like raising a kid's dead pet hamster. He would also be a Judo expert. Does that sound good?

Yes, it would be similar to Kung Fu, although I never saw David Carradine raise some kid's dead pet hamster.

I like factual television not faith-based profiteering. History of religion I enjoy watching and reading, such as the bishops who fought over if Jesus was G.d or not, several centuries after Jesus's death. How do christian churches believe differently, such as the orthodox?

I would if it were a true account of a regular man's adventures - not the pie in the sky baloney they try selling people.
