Its all on you. By becoming a psychologist you will mainly deal with people and help them. You will have a greater understanding on how the human mind works. If you are interested in that and love helping people do so become a psychologist for the rest of your life.

no, bc it will make you surrounded by mental people all the time. it cant be a pleasant thing to listen to people's issues. can you imagine the way you would look at the world? you would know things about the mind you might not need to know, it could be a burden knowing some things about others. also, you might play with another person's mind just bc you have the power to do so.
