Tell her you love the baby and her and seeing her potentially harming your little niece or nephew is hurting you and ask that she stop for you.
Talk to her husband maybe he can get her to stop.

Tell her that if the baby lives, it will most likely have some kind of birth defect and she may not be allowed to keep it. I have a cousin who is mentally retarded because her natural mom smoked and drank when she was regnant with her and wasn't allowed to keep her because of it.

If the baby is born with a disorder that can be linked with her smoking or born with fetal alcohol syndrome from drinking. She could end up losing her child to child protective services and she herself could get charged and face jail time.

Tell her to stop asap because there will be birth defects and her kid will be mentally ill for the rest of his life therefore she has to live everyday with it reminding her of her stupid mistake.
