The last two years have been shitty for me for the most part. I went mental for four months about a year ago and had to spend an extra year in college as a result.

Three years ago around this time I was a junior in college and partying out in the woods, smoking pot and drinking liquor. Had tons of friends and was well-known throughout my campus.

Now I am barely known in the area I live in and in the midst of losing my job. Slowly things are coming back together (actually this time around the ladies like me more) but will they ever be like they were before or is it just time for me to adapt and realize that smoking pot and drinking is no longer in the cards?

You can't go back and make a new beginning but you can start from here and make a new ending.

I'm afraid not. Even if you managed to mimic the person you were back then perfectly, there will always be that little part of you that won't revert to back then. It comes with adulthood, and while it's not a fun thing, everyone is faced with a sense of responsibility they didn't have when they were younger....

My recommendation to you is to enjoy yourself as best as you're able, but set aside time for your responsible self too -- one doesn't necessarily negate the other. It's really up to you to work out all of your aspects so you can truly live in harmony with yourself.....
