I think people not in a position to flirt should not be flirting. My father frowned on it severely, and has only recently let up a little bit. I think if you're single it can be done lightly for fun, but serious flirting can get you in trouble. But being an incorrigible flirt? That is not funny, you get a reputation that becomes hard to live down. So I suppose you can ask yourself what kind of reputation do you want to have?
