That depends on how much she drinks and how much she smokes. If she was already addicted to smoking before she got pregnant, do NOT tell her to stop! It puts too much stress on her to quit, and is more likely to reflect on the baby than the smoking itself. The drinking should stop though.

I think you can call child protective services on her for endangering the fetus. I am not sure though. You can call your local community health and have someone there talk to her or go in and get some information to give her about the risks of her behavior.

There is nothing you can do to make her change her behaviour. I know it is hard to watch her doing the wrong thing, but there is really nothing you can do.
Her doctor has likely already told her the risks and offered her help to stop smoking. She has to make her own decision.

Yes, that is very dangerous to a fetuses health. Tell Her if she doesn't want to end up having a miss carriage, screwed up baby, or a special ed child, she need to stop.
