To resolve the drinking and driving issue.

After all my experiences, I think I could go and have fun at a dry party. No hang over the next day sounds pretty good.

why not..dont need to get drunk to have fun and celebrate..plus with the police out looking..its safer going home...ask the drunks that have killed innocent people..
