Anderson was putting the crap on himself. I mean really, what else could he say? You have to admit, Anderson was a huge upgrade from Charlie Frye. Derek is not the final answer to the QB puzzle, but he held down the fort until Quinn is ready to go. It was a fun season, and even though we came up a tad short, it still beats the heck out of a 4-10 team that couldn't muster up five 1st downs a game, let alone score a few points. I hope we can get some help on the d-line next year. That's really our biggest hole right now. AND, in the immortal words of Cleveland fans near and far, "WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR!!"

Yeah, a football team wants their quarterback to be optimistic and give straight forward answers..Anderson just sounds like he was happy the season was over. I mean, he did pretty well this season, but I would like to see Brady Quinn take over next season and have the Browns try to shop around Anderson...and Quinn should have had a TD today..two dropped passes in the endzone..for shame

The same way every one who's played for the Browns in the last 9 years. The Brownies stink, only this year they stunk a little less than in recent memory. I know a 10-6 record is like crack to a fan base used to 4-6 wins a year, but wake up. Romeo probably had to sell his soul to the devil just to get a meaningful game in December. Be happy you finished second in the division and enjoy it while you can. If recent history is any indication, it'll be awhile before it happens again.

And be careful what you wish for. Giants fans loved Eli too. Up until he actually starting playing.
