you can't run faster than the bees - they will catch up; the longer they chase you, they get faster and faster by the second (velocity increases)

you can run into a building, or you can attempt to catch the bees

but getting stung isn't all that bad - you just look funny for a while. and if you got insurance, you'll get a tiny, tiny bit of money for it

If the hive falls out of the tree, you have several options:
1. Run into a building before the bees catch you. You won't get stung.
2. Run up to a villager and talk to them. They will say something funny, but when they are through talking, you will get stung. Ouch!
3. Try to catch the bees with your net. This takes some practice. Run a little ways off, switch to inventory and grab your net. Before you leave the inventory, you can watch the bees swarming around your head. When they change direction, try exiting the inventory and swing your net like mad. If you are lucky, you will net a bee.
If you do get stung, just save and restart. You will restart with a normal face.
If you want to avoid the bees altogether and you have wi-fi, you can open the gate before you start shaking trees. The bee hives won't fall out of the trees while the gate is open. It is much more peaceful that way.
Good luck!

If you enter a building before they reach you.

If you get stung, just save and start the game back and you will be back to normal

Of course you can. Beehives could only move if they fell down.
