Depends on what kind of taste they have, but if they don't have a good taste then I suggest you not to. You have to remember that the decorations that they make will always be there and if you don't like it then you can really do anything about it because you gave them permission to do it. If they didn't do a good job at it at all, you also have to remember that it is a place that you are going to come home to. Before deciding if you should let them decorate, you guys should sit down and ask if what they would like to do to it or what they want to do to it, then it will show you if they have good taste or not. If you are one of those people that don't care if it is not good because it was your significant other who did it then that is a different story. Although, you have to remember that sometimes your significant other wants to have a place where it makes them feel comfortable so you have to let them be part of the decorating too. If they want to decorate something or a room then tell them what you don't want them to do or what you don't really like and make sure that they don't get those certain things. If they really like it and you disagree with it then work out something to make both of you satisfy. The place can't just be all decorated from you or what you like only because your significant other is also living there too. You would want to be comfortable with your surrounding too so you should think about what they would want to and not only thinking about yourself. Well, I hope that this helps you out. Take care and good luck with the decorating.

Yes, he does it anyway, it's his house. He uses early american crap for furnature, and old blankets and sheets for curtains. photos of his grandchildren are the only wall decorations. The coffee table is decorated in whatever happens to get thrown there.

LOL No way my hubby has no taste in style or anything and if he had his way everything would stay in the same spot for years and years. And he has no idea that you actually do need to dust more than once every 100 yrs.
