I'm not quite sure I understand your question... are you asking what the song "Revelation (Mother Earth)" is about?

Lyrically it sums up a lot of the imagery in the book Revelations from The Bible, but with a bit of political and historical prospective... one of Ozzy's signature subjects.

As for a musical similarity, the track Diary of a Madman (also by Ozzy) has the same type of sprawling epic feel that would later go on to greatly influence the progressive metal and power metal genres. The full piece "A Change of Seasons" by Dream Theater evokes a similar feeling, but is far more complex (and at approximately 25 minutes, far longer!) I'd definitely check out the song "Descend the Shades of Night" by Machine Head.

It's about mother earth and how man is destroying it. You would remember how ozzy sings "Please let my mother live"
it's an appeal to human beings!!
