Cruciverbalist (your spelling is correct) is a little too generic (it might apply to an editor or enthusiast as well). But that's not the term we use in the industry. In the U.S., we use the term "constructor" and "setter" is the term in England for the one who makes the puzzles. "Puzzler" is not correct. And "wrong" is the proper spelling for what you have as "wronge"

No, a cruciverbalist is someone who deals with crossword puzzles--in other words, one who designs them OR one who solves them, and that isn't what you've asked for. I'm not sure there is a single word for it, but I've heard them call themselves "puzzlers," although that may suffer from the same infirmity, since it is possible that crossword puzzle fans as well as designers might consider themselves puzzlers.

I simply call them 'compilers', though this is a generic term.
The word cruciverbalist is new to me. I don't find it in the dictionaries that I have. Would need to check with a more recent dictionary. Thanks to all who suggested this word.
