Actually, they come already filled with liquid butane gas.
They are not refillable, ergo, they are throw-aways.

Bic's all have fluid, i believe...but maybe some have gas...i dont believe so though. if you want refillable go with zippo, or some zippo knock off.

They come with fluid in them, and i don't think they are refillable... that is probably why they are so cheap.

yes - some are - most are disposable
