That's genetics. Some guys are born with muscles. They will be more muscular than another guy who works out much more. We all have strengths and weaknesses. My stepsister was suspended for saying this. But it is true. So once more. Members of the planter class of slave owners would arrange marriages for the strongest and best workers. Yes, selective breeding. I have no slaves and do not arrange marriages for anyone. I'm just reporting the historical fact. I really would like to continue being a member of YA.
As usual, some of the posts are from people who half read the question. The word "usually" does not mean "always"

Culture, need, and genetics.
When you live in a culture that emphasis strength and survival, you would be more likely to work out. If you live in a bad neighborhood, you learn from an early age how to defend yourself. Plus there are genetic differences.
This is not to say that there aren't muscular people in any race. A lot of times, askers on here ask from what is true around them. It is different in different areas and among different groups of people.

I guess gorillas were really strong, and then it just went down the line, and maybe it's just a coincidence that black people's ancestors worked out more. Genetics.

muscles and strength are 2 different things
also wear black/dark clothes once and notice the difference from white/tan cloths on you shape , black looks more sleek normally

Human Beings, like any other living thing on this planet, comes with different classes within that class.
For example: Feline class consists of Lions, Tigers, Pumas, Leopards...etc
Humans are no different, races make up the different classes of humans.
I wish that everybody would be happy with what they were given.
Nature is the answer, our species of human needs muscle, like why Lions are bigger than Bobcats.
