Not that I know of... disabled people have the same right to pay sales tax that the rest of us have to pay.

Texas, yes the only tax exemption for sales tax our Churchs and most non profit organazions. And a tax exempt number must be provided.

Yes. If there was a discount it would be listed somewhere on the www.dot.state.tx.us website. The section on disabled is solely about the parking tags.

no they are not. a car is a car regardless of who buys it, because anyone can drive the car.
