Iron Fist and Nightwing are about even in fighting skill with Nightwing being a bit better.
Nightwing could be said to be a Batman lite. He as skills that are almost up to Batman's level and fewer gadgets. No superpowers though.
Iron Fist has the power to deaden himself to pain, enhance his physical abilities slightly, slight healing powers, and the power of the iron fist (which drains him after he uses it.)

I'd have to say Nightwing, because Dick Grayson has lots of experience dodging the attacks of fighters physically much stronger than himself, so that even though Daniel Rand would summon up the power of the Fist from within himself, it would not do much good. Dick would hit him with some tear gas or something then whump the daylights out of him while he was down.

I dont know who iron fist is, but judging by the names, this sounds like agility versus brawns, and so I think agility will win. Nightwing's clever, too; I dunno about Iron Fist.

Probably Nightwing. He specializes in stealth, right? Well, sometimes stealth is better than brute strength.
