truck tire inner tube. try a parts store that carries tires

That is an inner tube...
About the only place you can these are at truck tire dealers...
Even trucks have tubeless tires nowdays, so you will be lucky if you can find used ones...
New ones would probably cost 100-200/each.

Go to any tire shop where they repair truck tires. Look in the yellow pages under tire repair (truck).

INNER TUBES
Most snow places have them for rent.
Get a plastic garbage lid this way you can hold on to the handles.
Go on freecycle.org and ask for it ...its free. just sign up in your city.
