I think he really is dead, but I also don't think the U.S. government is trying their "hardest" to find him though if he manages to stay alive.
I'm not a conspirator or anything, I just don't believe it takes so long to find a man, whose kidneys are supposedly failing him, living in a cave. No man can live that long scientifically and logically without dialysis treatment.
There are so many ideas and conspiratory videos out there that might makes some sense.
One I think you should watch is Loose Change. It's on You Tube, so search it up.

The C.I.A. says that there is a very high probablity that he is alive and geting santuary from the Pashtoon, Muslim tribes in Pakistan in the mountainous region bordering Afghanistan.
I tend to agree with The C.I.A.'s assessment.

Didn't you hear, Osama got caught in Thailand inside a male brothel playing the "flute." He was put to death by having a certain part of the male anatomy stuffed in his mouth while being waterboarded.

he is still alive living in a hole somewhere. we'll catch him soon and then he'll be hung like Saddam or even better they could use the guillotine but they don't anymore :-(
