First thing Ben. Interaction, of the sort you mention, between different species is rare. The cases of trespass by a one species of predatory bird are usually settled by size, the bigger bird wins. In North America the bald eagle is the largest predatory bird. All the other predatory birds just plain stay out of its way. The only one species that might argue with a bald eagle would be a golden eagle.

If we're talking real birds here, Eagles are pretty well largest of the bunch....
Birds of Prey pretty well leave each other alone.......

Birds of prey won't fight each other. They are so well equipped for killing birds that if they fought each other then the species would suffer.
In fact doves are far more vicious, because they're not dangerous, so they have no in-built restraints, and will torture each other to death.

Actually the largest North american bird of prey is the stellar's sea eagle. rarely seen, but still the largest.
Pardon the pun, but birds of prey usually avoid the fight and choose flight. They do occasionaly kill eachother though.

There are almost never fights between birds of prey because their niches are totally separate. They are either hunting substantially different sized foods (sparrow hawks are not hunting for the same thing a red tailed is hunting for) or are separated in hunting by time of day (hawks vs owls, etc). One notable exception to this is the bald eagle and the osprey. Ospreys are excellent fishers but the size of the eagle means it can harrass the osprey into giving up it's prey. Eagles often take advantage of this easy food source and given that both ospreys and eagles are extending their ranges and expanding populations, it's something that may be seen on a regular basis in the future. I have seen it happen myself and it's a lot of fun to watch and see if the osprey will escape with it's food or not and whether the fish will escape too as many fights take place above the water where a dropped fish can just swim away.

The first thing that comes to mind is the Romulan Bird of Prey, but I don't think that's what you're asking.
