Yes, definitely, because the word "promise" is one of those words I rarely ever say.........
It's gotta be a really special situation and a very special person before I ever say that word.
This is something I decided a long time ago and have always stuck to it!

I always mean too. .. I really don't make promises that often, because I don't like the feeling of responsibility tied to them.
But when I do .. I take if pretty seriously.

yes absolutely! coz when you make a promise to someone, that certain someone already expect something on you. He/she expects you to keep it which means he/she trusted you and we know that trust is being earned! and earning it needs process! but when you make a promise and he/she agrees to your promise without any second thoughts, that means he/she gave you her/his trust fully! hope I did not lose you!
