No, the embryo would be like a quarter inch long.
You could be bloated, but you wouldn't be "showing".

No way. The baby is like the size of a pin head if not smaller. I started showing at 20 weeks.

You should go get the book "What to expect when you're expecting". This book has a lot of interesting facts and information in it. You really wouldn't be showing right now. I'm going on to my fourth month and just now started to show.....

I would say no! I had the first person ask me today what we were having and I'm almost 20wks pregnant. I'm half way through the pregnancy and just now starting to show..and I would say barely at that.

Probably not...at 4 weeks, your uterus is well tucked down below your pelvic bone. It won't be above that for another 4 weeks or so.

If you are pregnant the baby is to small to make any type of difference in your belly.
Perhaps your not pregnant and just bloated because your period is coming?

Your uterus isn't big enough to be making you show yet. What could be happening is that you have bloating.

No, what that would be is intestinal bloating. Happens to a lot of women.
