Just get the complete address & code #'s & take it to the post office for proper postage. It's not bad- it takes longer than in the states..

Are you shipping something large? Major Airlines often offer air cargo services. Look up any airlines that flies to London and see if they offer cargo services. Fed Ex and UPS may also offer cargo services. You can also search the Yellow Pages for "Air Cargo" and locate an international shipper there.
