how did you fill out I-9 form when hired?
you either provided a forged or stolen document showing you were legally entitled to work which is a crime.
if your employer did not fill out I-9 then they are in violation of the law.
if you have paid into social security and income tax you have done so on someone else's account which is a crime.
you deserve a way to gain legal status and perhaps citizenship in the future but you are illegal now. i do not support deporting every illegal but i do support deporting those who had felony convictions in their home nations or have committed felonies since being here.
i support fines, community service, English language, registration et-cetra for those who are illegal and want to become legal immigrants.

Um if you came here illegally then you are illegal. Look up the word. It means to violate the law. You don't pay income tax if you don't have an SS number or green card do you? These people work under the table.

Yes.
"Illegal" means entering this nation without the proper process and remaining here, even though there has been no permission given to be here.

It depends. There is no rule that anyone has to have a social security number, and only permanent residents have green cards. You need to be more clear.

They are ILLEGAL because they crossed into the USA ILLEGALLY. It is against US law to come into the USA without the proper paperwork and documentation.
It does not matter if for the rest of their lives they obey every single law, the fact that they are here ILLEGALLY makes them illegal.
If a burglar broke into your house and after he got there, he obeyed all your rules about no smoking, taking shoes off in the living room and going to bed at 10 pm he would still be there illegally because he broke into your home, which is against the law.
What part of "illegal" is so damn hard to understand?

There is no such thing as "illegal immigrants"; there are undocumented immigrants.

Yes,
If someone breaks into my house, starts sleeping there, eating my groceries, ordering things with my credit card... I'm gonna be P.O.
If you ask if you can come in, have dinner, spend the night, need a loan... that's different.

Yes. But I would be extremely slow to re-act to those kind, just the ones who don't.
