I dont' see the connection between the USA's economic and political paths and "one world government"
The US has gone extremely to the right with the Bushites and the economy is in the tank, mostly as a result of Bush's economic policies or rewarding the rich with tax cuts, and military expenditures for the never ending "war on terror"
(note to Bush..."terror" is not a person, place or country...you can't wage war on a thing)

And what makes you think it hasn't already been established?
Remember, when you build a house, you start with the basement, that isn't visible from the road. After that, you nail together preassembled parts that can be witnessed by all.

There will be nuclear war before the rest of the world submits to our authority. We can't get Iraq to submit to our demands, but you actually think we can get the whole world to? Give me a break.
