When it is made illegal to drink but it doesn't surprise me if someone tries. They sued cigarette companies before why not booze. I not a drinker or a smoker so it don't bother me to much. What I don't like is that everyone is so sue happy, and the lawyers are the only ones that really benefit.

Hey, someone sued McDonald's because it made them fat. In today's sue-happy world, anything is possible. That doesn't change my opinon that being an alcoholic is as much of a choice as what to have for breakfast. Alcoholism is no one's fault but your own.

I agree with the above, it's a free country...the alcoholic has the right to buy it or not. No one held a gun to his head and told him to become an alcoholic or i'll shoot you. It's all on them, plus there is help for that. It's all about the will power!

When they sell you the alcohol, they assume you know when to stop, how to limit yourself. The alcohol companies don't tell you how, when, or where you drink or how much you drink, which doesn't make them responsible for what you do. It's the customers responsibility for their actions. so the answer to you question is never.
