Hi there, I'm needing to know if a professional or otherwise can find out that another person has bought a house?
If anyone can send me a link to read up on that would be great,
thanx ahead.

Home ownerships are public record. You may go down and get that info your self.

Once again, Paul C is incorrect. Home ownership is public record, and you can go to your city or county Clerk and Recorder's office and look it up. Where I am in Colorado, I just go on the web and can look up all of the information, also.

Type your county name into Yahoo, and type in "public records" and see if your info is online, also.

Best of luck!

Ordinarily property sales are usually recorded in the Town Clerk's office or city clerk's office and are public record.

Once the public property records are updated, it's pretty darn easy to do.

Go online and search for your county appraisal district. You can usually search by owner name, or street address. For example, if you live in "Dallas County" search for "Dallas County Appraisal District"

You would have to contact the title company. You're going to have difficulty getting any info due to privacy laws.
