I actually bought a DVD of him just last week.

He is rather clever and the DVD 'extras' showed how he made Herman the superhero.

Several times. I remember him being a "bridge act" in a revue-type show on the Strip with only one puppet: Peanut. The video you cited is part of a special taped for the Comedy Channel cable network and it gets shown a lot. He is a very inventive ventriloquist.

Yes, I'm a big fan of ventriloquists, Jeff Dunham is one of my husband and my favorite comedians! He has some really funny characters.---Luvs
