For the time being you should put some buckets under the drips. Then as soon as it stops snowing call a roofing company.

First of all do you own your own place or do you rent? If you rent, call your landlord. If you own your place, you will have to have someone go up on the roof and check it out. More than likely, it is ice build up that is backing up and dripping through the shingles. Can you see any ice build up on the roof? If so, that is the problem. You will need more insulation in the attic if you have one. Email me if you need more information. Good luck

Your going to have to call a reputable roofer not the cheapest roofer. Go to your Home Depot or hardware store to see if they know someone. You probably have an ice damn and water is making its way back into the house. Look up ice damming on Google to get an idea of what is happening.
Good Luck

Some suggestions:
1. Inside your house tape the hole.
2.Call someone to fix it.
3.Use a bucket on the ground.
4.Forget about it- but I'm sure you won't do that lol.
