There are 2 double bonds here.
Each double bond has 1 sigma bond and 1 pi bond each. Therefore, there will be 1sigma+1pi bond between the S and O atoms on the top of the diagram and 1sigma+1pi bond between the S and O atoms on the bottom ones.

The first bond between any two atoms is always a sigma (overlapping) bond; the second bond (and any subsequent bond) is always pi.

So the single bond is sigma; the double bond has one sigma and one pi bond.
