I have heared many times about many people in the US spending 15 or 20yrs
in jail, not knowing if they are to live or be executed. Maybe the uk should adopt that system. As the saying goes,
there is nothing like a frightned dog.

I dont know and neither do the judiciary. Too many times their hands are tied in human rights manacles and it is this that prevents the rest of us having true human rights. People are packed-in like rats in London, it's so overcrowded and unless u have mega-bucks ur standard of living is pretty crap. These kids turn to violence because their lives aren't nice and they have nothing else.
The social problems of the lowest income groups need to be tackled and their needs met; like improving housing, more jobs, better education.
Difficult to do though.

I guess I kind of agree with the bring back military service thing.

It showed the bankruptcy of British education. 27 years ago, British education still at the top rank of education in the world. Now, they just teach and learn stupidity. There should be a reformation in British education.

quite convenient to start from the 24th, but you really should look back to the first. The majority are black and that is why they are being investigated by the Trident Unit, they deal with black on black crime.

That type of crime is out of control (hence the need for the Trident unit)

Ity's no good coloured members of YA being in denial about the seriosness of these black crimes, that's one of the reasons that they dont get any better.
Too many people of all colours closing their eyes and pretending it's not happening in the hope that it will go away or in the hope that by not mentioning it then it wont be highlighted.

I am not sure if the death sentance would work because they may not get all the real people who have actually done the crime.

But I know this may sound quite barbaric but In some countries they cut off limbs of people who have done crimes.

As a teenager myself I defornantly know that if these idiots knew that their fingers, hand or legs would be cut off and then put into prison for 30+ years they would defornatly think twice.

The sentance's should be made to LIFE 100 YEARS MINIMUE!! why should they get 5 - 18 years when they have taken someones child, brother, sister or friend's life?

The criminal under 18 should also be named and pictures should be shown on the front of the newspapers.

People like PAULD, who answerd your question are always so fast to say that the majority is afro caribeans but... no it really is not.

Not including the 27th death but the last 3 were not black. I'm only starting from the 24th because thats the only time when I actually really saw anything about this type of stuff on the news this year.

I also think some of the parents are too blame. Do they not search their kid's rooms, monitor who they hang out with, make sure they have a curfue, do well in school, have good goals in life..ect...?

My little brother is 13 and I am making sure he does not hang out with any of these street rats.
