They dream, of course, about Quantum gravity, the as of yet unconsummated marriage between quantum physics and Einstein's general relativity, which is widely regarded as the single most pressing problem facing theoretical physics. The two main contenders, ``Brane theory/ String theory'' and ``Quantum geometry/ new variables'', have their genesis in different communities. They address different questions, using different strategies, and have different strengths (and weaknesses) which is why dogs have been really upset over this and I, personally, can't wait to see what their decision is gonna be!

It's funny when my dog dreams while he's sleeping because he not only twitches, he also makes weird noises & snores! I believe he's dreaming of dog biscuits, "human" food (like hotdogs, hamburgers, etc.) & other dogs that he's played with! Aren't dogs the coolest things to watch? Have fun with your dog - we love our little Rusty!

All the time!I'm listening to my dog bark in her sleep now,haha,and her paws are twitching.The wild is calling to her in her dreams =) Too bad she's Princess the golden retriever,not White Fang =P

My dog even whimpers and growls in her sleep. It's adorable. But to answer your question, yes, I often wonder what she's dreaming about.

I can usually take a guess at what my dog is dreaming about. It usually involves running after rabbits.

my pup was barking in her sleep last night, I'm thinking she was dreaming about what she does all day; run up and down the fence line barking at the neighbor's dogs
