I have a 91 chevy s10 with a 2.5 engine 4 cyclinder 5 speed. the truck had front end damage when i bought it i replaced the headlights. the passager's side was what was wrecked. the head lights both work when it is on Brights but when i turn the brights off the passage side only works. how do i fix this. all the signals work fine too.

Sounds like the low beam filament on the drivers side is out. The head light bulb has two filaments in it. One for low beam and one for high beam. Replace the bulb.

Sounds like you have a bad head light the Bright is a seperate circuit from the low beams so you have a head light that only works on high and if you change the headlight and still have the same problem then you probably have a wire that was damaged when it was wrecked this is not to hard to fix either take the headlight out and pull the wiring out to you gently and watch for a spot that has been damaged if you find such a spot then repair it and you should be as good as new oh yeah you could have bought a headlight that was bad you can find out by changin from one side to the other Lots of luck !!!!!!!!!!!

put a headlight in the drivers side, or start by checking power and ground at that plug

you need to replace the low beam bulb

need to cut the end off where the bulb goes and replace it thats we did for our car
