Just out of curiosity... Can a Minor sue someone without parental consent? (in the United States, or in Pennsylvania)

It depends on the laws of your state and the type of case. Sometimes minors can have "guardians" appointed, or their own attorneys, or a "guardian ad litem."

Minors need a parent or legal guardian to sue on their behalf.
