ok i know what human trafficing is but i dont get something. If inspectors know that a place is doing that then why dont they rescue the people in them, or like arrest the guys whos in charge of it?

either casue theyre scred of bieng killed, they got a bribe, or theyre worried if they bust those guys the tohers wont go to that place and go somewhere else

Well, this typically happens in third world countries where there is lots of corruption. Also there is a demand for those folks, whatever they are doing. And the authorities need proof and evidence, they can't just go arrest people because they think something is happening.

You would need a separate answer for each place or country. As an example; We know that there are illegal alien prostitutes in the US against their will. Why don't "we" do something about it. Then when we do catch them, we would probably deport them. So the best answer is that the countries involved do not care enough to do something about it.
