Go to planned Parenthood. They will help you get through it. It is your body, so PP has the answer. They will refer you to a clinic and help you get birth control so it does not happen again. Folks, the genie is out of the bottle. Let her alone.

You do not need parental consent to have an abortion in New York. However, I urge you to tell your parents unless you fear that they would physically harm you. If you are afraid to tell them, then please tell a teacher or counselor at your school. You need someone to help you through this, regardless of what you decide.
If you have insurance or medicaid, they may pay for the procedure, but they will mail an insurance notice to your home, so your parents might find out.
Good luck, God Bless, and Namaste.

If you don't want to tell your parents, tell a teacher, counselor, or other trusted adult at school or in your community, who can guide you. You do not need a parent's signature in NY, but unless you actually know how to navigate the process, there's no way you're going to be able to get through this alone. You will get ripped off.
Good luck with everything.

For starters I would recommend going to a doctor and getting a real pregnancy test. The doctor will not tell your parents anything without asking your permission to tell them first. If you say that you want to keep it secret, they will respect your wishes.
The state of NY does not require parental notification or consent. Planned Parenthood offers low cost/free abortions to those who are unable to pay.
As a side note, I would implore you to tell your parents. This is a tremendous decision to make and it would help immeasurably if you had your parents by your side.

No. In no state, are you able to tension anybody to open there legs and have an abortion. Your sister needs professional help if she is staying with a guy who hits her. Get her some counseling and in case you have a brother or dad or male kinfolk member around, tell them to kick this men butt. additionally she needs to appreciate that 14yr previous females do no longer could desire to have intercourse, and that her formative years is over and that's approximately to get actual serious. And this little boyfriend of hers isn't gonna be putting around if he's 14 himself. stable success.

I heard there are some clinic that lets you do abortion if you take the father of the child with you and sign the document. you can always get a fake father. get somebody who is in similar age as you are. the reason you want abortion is b/c you two are young and don't want the responsibility of a new born etc. Governments clinics don't take money, but i am not sure if they are good clinics. Also, go to a different county, maybe poorer county......
you are very young. you may not be able to have children later. so beware.

Maybe you should think about adoption rather than murder. You got yourself into this situation now you have to deal with the consequences of your actions. No doctor would ever give a 14 year old an abortion without parental consent considering your still a child yourself. You are far too young to be engaging in sexual activity. If you can't handle the responsibility of having sex, then you shouldn't do it.

Legally, you do not need a parent. In New York State, your reproductive decisions are yours alone. You may want to have a parent there for moral support. You will need someone to lean on for a while. Believe me, mom will figure out that something is not right with you.She may not figure out exactly what it is, but she will know something is not right. Have some faith in your mom and let her into your problem. She may have some good advice for you.
Good luck!
