I had been looking for this album forever,(My oldest Brother,who passed 10 Years ago,)did'nt know that I had been looking for it, And Gave it to me for myB-day. it's been one of my favorites for many, many Years.

"Country Willie:his own songs" was released in 1965.
"artistdirect.com" or "purecountrymusic.com" would be worth a look to see if they have this album.

I think I may have had it at some point and time but no longer. I will have to look it up and see what is on it and think about replacing it if it has been re-recorded. Thanks for the nudge.

I couldn't respond to your email but wanted to thank you. I looked for the CD and only found it on amazon..used it was about 50 dollars so I would have to say that you have a real gem on your hands there! I don;t think it is one of the ones that I have lost after looking at the song list. there are only two there that ring a bell for me that I can hear in my head.
