His "Carnival" overture: his masterpiece, in my opinion. It's one section of a 4-part suite(?), the name of which I can't recall at the moment.

But it is brilliantly orchestrated, and a most beautiful piece of music.

If you are talking about Dvorak only, move from his 7th to his 8th symphony (which, IMO, is far better than the overplayed 9th). Also seek out his violin and cello concertos - they are wonderful.
