No, not in front of every one. And even if there are, it is your right to enter those places. Yes, they have the right to free speech, but you have an equal right to not listen to them.

Not every clinic, no.

A few years ago, there were protesters down the road from here so I'm guessing there's a clinic in that area that provides abortion services; however, I believe there's also a state law that establishes a certain distance the protesters have to allow. Which resulted in these protesters standing outside a dentist's office -- it was quite odd.
