Best thing to do is google Vegas.
Things can change in Vegas. The best buffet I found was on Freemont Street. However, this was three years ago. It was a seafood buffet. The one at Stratophere is good too.

I stay in Las Vegas, rather each and all the buffets on the strip are exspenive. in case you come out to Henderson (comparable element as Las Vegas) sunset Station is like 13 money according to man or woman! large food! Or in the journey that your no longer attempting to bypass to the buffet you could bypass to, like Olive backyard, or Chilis, or properly everywhere rather. power up or take a seat. no longer all are high priced. The u . s . of america interior the manhattan manhattan on line casino/ hotel is like 15 money according to plate! Grate place for eating!! they have a great map of u . s . of america.

It all depends on what you like to eat. Bellagio and Paris are excellent. For seafood, I will go to Rio. Also Steak night Wednesday @ the Orleans was not bad.

Buffets are great. Check out www.lasvegasnow.com

My favorite is not Downtown or on The Strip. It is the Cannery off US91 at Craig Road.

The best buffet in Las Vegas is the Sunday Morning Brunch at Bally's Steakhouse, they serve caviar and pheasant. But at $55 a head it's pricey. The best value buffet in Las Vegas is either at Green Valley Ranch or Red Rock Casino. The best value/quality combination on the Strip is either the Mirage or Planet Hollywood.

The website the poster listed is a great idea.

Here is another tip we discovered.

Buffets change from Breakfast-Lunch and i assume Lunch-Dinner on the fly.

If Breakfast is from 8-11 and Lunch is 11-3 then at 11:00 they take away all the Breakfast foods and replace with Lunch. Since Lunch is more expensive, you can save money by getting there before the switch, but late enough to enjoy the next meal.

We got to breakfast (by accident) once at 10:30. It was great though - we had breakfast at 10:30 sat and planned our day - then had a bit of lunch at 11:30 instead of 2nds on Breakfast!

The best buffets are the Bellagio and the Wynn hands down. They are not cheap however. For a good buffet and reasonable prices check out Planet Hollywood. Also see the websites below.
