I'm kinda white and half blonde hair with brown under layer.. i have a boyfriend who could care less what I look like. But I want him to say wow you look beautiful or something like that.. any ideas?

dress nice but a little hot and smell great. you'll get an answer or a look. i know it works for me.

hmm.... long legs = skirt short legs big thighs = jeans or shorts
as for the shirt.... your hair would look good with something pink or blue....
if you know how to make a poof do so with a half up half down style. that shows off your different layered colors. put a bow in it. something to match the shirt.
if you have bangs let them down or put them in the poof whichever works better for you

Wear something special, like a cute skirt and a t-shirt. You could also change you hair style.. like put it back in a sparkly clip. I would also sped a little more time on your make-up.. you know, something awesome and new.

nothing beats a simple elegant sophisticated black dress. You can highlight eye or lip, and sweep your hair into a lazy/messy updo. and keep accesories minimal (ie:bangle and a medium sized bag )
Youll knock him over with a bold yet understated look...

change all your hair to blonde with burgundy high lights and get a cute dress with matching make up don't cake it on it's unattractive good luck
