The terms thick/thin blooded, which applies to cold and which applies to hot climates?

Thin blooded is a term used to describe people who feel chilled even when it is not unusually cold out. I would use thin blooded for people who can't thrive in cold climates and the term thick blooded for hot climates.

Thick = Cold, Thin= hot.
